About the Role:   The Digital Portfolio Operations team is principally responsible maximising value return from Woodside’s technology investments. Through leveraging strong internal partnerships, the gains an acute understanding of business needs, to inform the development strategic technology solutions, that are both fit-for-purpose and scalable throughout the organisation. Working within this high-profile team, you will undertake various stakeholder engagement activities to manage a large opportunity portfolio and support solutions & product delivery. This role will be offered as a 2 year initial fixed term contract. Duties & Responsibilities:     As a Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and prioritising Digital technology opportunities and delivering those of highest value. Your frequent activities will include but not be limited to: engaging with different operational areas to understand priorities and key events, promoting relevant digital offerings, initiative prioritisation, advising on delivery approaches and planned impact assessment. You will constantly review evaluation criteria to ensure relevance, and often engage with vendors and service line teams to resource planned work.   Skills & Experience:   The ideal candidate will be well versed with complex solutions delivery in hybrid environments and be equally comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Experience in application delivery and development, and cloud and SaaS product implementation is desirable. Strong technical problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills will be instrumental to your success. Applicants that are comfortable with emerging technologies and have a healthy desire to challenge traditional practices are best suited to the profile of this team.
