The Accountmanager Truck & Bus is responsible for delivering the sales budget on BP PLUS cards volume, onroad services and credit control, for the customer portfolio in a specific region. The job holder is responsible for relationship management for core customers and lead generation of core prospects in the assigned region. The key focus is on achieving the required results with existing and new customers. The Accountmanager is part of the regional sales team coordinated by a Key Accountmanager to grow card volumes in the region by an efficient acquisition and lead generation process, in close cooperation with Marketing. Furthermore the Accountmanager works with Account managers from the regional BP branded Resellers to support them in selling BP PLUS cards and related services.

Key accountabilities
This role is customer-facing and combines many characteristics of the new Cards sales approach (value selling).

BP’s network consists of approximately 350 petrol stations in the Netherlands. Of those, we directly operate approximately 60 Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) sites in the Netherlands. These are the larger, more complex to operate stores, many of them with a full service offer including WBC (or WBC express) and Car Wash. The majority of those locations have three sources of income: Fuel (LPG / Diesel / Petrol), Store (convenience / impulse / services) and Food (made-to-order sandwiches / baked goods / hot snacks / fresh coffee).
The Convenience Area Manager (CAM) is specialized in managing COCO sites and is responsible for the delivery of all financial, managerial, staffing, safety and operational performance targets within a region of approximately 13-16 sites. The CAM is able to handle complexity and continuous change and improvement processes in a highly structured way.
Key accountabilities
Raising retail standards to a new level with an eye for detail; establish a culture of Operational Excellence (incl. the use of Accelerator tools) across all sites to ensure full implementation of company policies and procedures and consistent delivery of the full customer offer;
Build a winning team; lead the on-going development of skills and capabilities of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Food Service Assistants, site staff and Wild Bean Cafe employees as retailing professionals;
Direct activities across approximately 13-16 sites to deliver outstanding performance against HSSE, Customer, Financial and People targets;
Monitor key performance indicators and performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimise the business and deliver best-in-class customer service based on available management information systems and reports (incl. MPF, Essbase, monthly P&L etc.);
Conduct site checks in the area of Operational Excellence and HSSE (through BP Organizer); define clear actions for site management and monitor progress on actions;
Coach site management and define personal development plans; monitor progress against set targets in close cooperation with HR department;
Lead and manage staffing levels within a region and ensure compliance with targets with regards to contract hours and operational/non-operational hours per site; ensure implementation of Actomat staffing and hiring rules (e.g. mix full-time/part-time);
Monitor and manage absence due to sickness of site management and site staff according to Dutch rules and regulations (“Wet Poortwachterâ€) in close cooperation with HR and company doctor.
Handle all standard and non-standard personnel issues like resignation on the spot, sexual harassment, fraud analyses and any other conflicts with BP’s Code of Conduct or Actomat regulations; lead appropriate conversations with site staff, in close cooperation with HR department
Recruitment of site management, conduct regular performance reviews and year-end evaluations; where necessary hold site surveys and teambuilding sessions;
Development and roll-out of projects with regards to customer friendliness and active selling on site;

Role synopsis
This role is responsible for supporting for 50% the NL Retail and B2B business and for 50% ESA Terminal network in establishing a set of engineering technical practices applicable for our retail sites and terminals including setting the standards for engineering and maintenance of our assets.
The primary objective is to support and coordinate the development and implementation of technical practices for engineering and maintenance, including the provision of practical guidance on the application of ETPs, gap analysis versus these practices and support the operations in closing these potential gaps. Additional focus will be applied on MAR mitigation, maintenance strategy and the Group & Business Defined ETPs.
Being the primary contact for the NL risk and verification process in line with the ESA standards and supporting in this process the HSSE CoE.
Key accountabilities
Provide guidance and support to the Engineering Network to identify and close where applicable potential gaps versus the ETPs/ STPs retrospectively and for engineering projects.
Support and coordinate ongoing application of Group and Business Engineering practices for terminals and Retail assets operated by Fuels ESA.
Support with MAR mitigation action validation for the terminals and retail sites operated by Fuels ESA.
Work closely with the S&OR Entity Director to develop and maintain practices and guidance pertaining to Engineering Technical Practices (ETPs) for Fuels teams in Europe.
Support Fuels Terminals and Retail teams in their MAR studies and Risk Management processes including action tracking.
Support Fuels Terminal and Retail teams with the application of HAZOP and LOPA, ETPs, QRA and consequential risk mitigation actions especially with reviews of Safety Integrity Levels and Safety Integrity Systems as part of the HAZOP and LOPA follow ups.
Liaise with S&OR to enable inclusion of HSSE standards (e.g. ATEX, CoW) in the engineering and maintenance standards.
Provides day to day support for the implementation and compliance of HSSE Policy to Retail sites, B2B and field staff
Maintains strong links with the SME Advisors in ESA
Conduct the annual Self verification, Barrier checks for the NL Retail business in conjunction with HSSE management and shared team advisors as required.
Conducts the annual HSSE Risk assessment for the NL Retail Business in conjunction with HSSE management and Shared team advisors as required
Supporting the ESA terminals in conducting the annual Risk assessments
Is responsible for auditing, reviewing and if necessary coaching in order to ensure full compliance with the business.
Demonstrates Compliance ( Legal & Health )
Participates in or leads incident investigations and ensures proper reporting and communication of outcomes and lessons learned.
Works with the shared team advisors in operationalizing BP Group Standards
Participates in trade association meetings as approved.
Has to proof a robust administration of all activities as described in OMS including the reporting and recording of incidents and investigations
Has to proof experience in managing projects and organization/operational changes

Role synopsis
This role is responsible for supporting for 50% the NL Retail and B2B business and for 50% ESA Terminal network in establishing a set of engineering technical practices applicable for our retail sites and terminals including setting the standards for engineering and maintenance of our assets.
The primary objective is to support and coordinate the development and implementation of technical practices for engineering and maintenance, including the provision of practical guidance on the application of ETPs, gap analysis versus these practices and support the operations in closing these potential gaps. Additional focus will be applied on MAR mitigation, maintenance strategy and the Group & Business Defined ETPs.
Being the primary contact for the NL risk and verification process in line with the ESA standards and supporting in this process the HSSE CoE.
Key accountabilities
Provide guidance and support to the Engineering Network to identify and close where applicable potential gaps versus the ETPs/ STPs retrospectively and for engineering projects.
Support and coordinate ongoing application of Group and Business Engineering practices for terminals and Retail assets operated by Fuels ESA.
Support with MAR mitigation action validation for the terminals and retail sites operated by Fuels ESA.
Work closely with the S&OR Entity Director to develop and maintain practices and guidance pertaining to Engineering Technical Practices (ETPs) for Fuels teams in Europe.
Support Fuels Terminals and Retail teams in their MAR studies and Risk Management processes including action tracking.
Support Fuels Terminal and Retail teams with the application of HAZOP and LOPA, ETPs, QRA and consequential risk mitigation actions especially with reviews of Safety Integrity Levels and Safety Integrity Systems as part of the HAZOP and LOPA follow ups.
Liaise with S&OR to enable inclusion of HSSE standards (e.g. ATEX, CoW) in the engineering and maintenance standards.
Provides day to day support for the implementation and compliance of HSSE Policy to Retail sites, B2B and field staff
Maintains strong links with the SME Advisors in ESA
Conduct the annual Self verification, Barrier checks for the NL Retail business in conjunction with HSSE management and shared team advisors as required.
Conducts the annual HSSE Risk assessment for the NL Retail Business in conjunction with HSSE management and Shared team advisors as required
Supporting the ESA terminals in conducting the annual Risk assessments
Is responsible for auditing, reviewing and if necessary coaching in order to ensure full compliance with the business.
Demonstrates Compliance ( Legal & Health )
Participates in or leads incident investigations and ensures proper reporting and communication of outcomes and lessons learned.
Works with the shared team advisors in operationalizing BP Group Standards
Participates in trade association meetings as approved.

Cargo Assurance Quantity and Quality Specialist
The post of Cargo Assurance Quantity & Quality Specialist sits within the IST GOE Cargo Assurance team. The team is responsible for minimising cargo losses, quality degradation, Cargo Inspector HSE audits and other related issues. It also has a broader global role in providing advice and assurance on the suitability and efficiency of the various transportation / storage / refining assets that IST GOE currently use or are likely to use in the future. This now includes Global LNG assets.
Key accountabilities
Will be a key provider of product, crude and gas (LPG and LNG) expertise to IST.
Work closely with the trading benches and advise traders and operators on best practises with respect to all aspects of cargo quantity and quality.
Provide support to all users on other aspects of cargo assurance, inspection and measurement.
Develop inspection quality standards and guidelines where necessary.
Provide HSE and competence assessments of 3rd party contractors within framework of the Operational Management System (OMS).
Work closely with the Business Development Team on projects and new business where analytical and cargo assurance expertise is required.
Work with other companies to produce International Standards for Cargo Inspection under the auspices of the Energy Institute and American Petroleum Institute.
This includes, but is not exhaustive:Provide expediting services on board crude, product and gas tankers.
Provide expertise on Crude Oil Washing of tankers, tank cleaning and transportation of oil and gas on ships.
Provide direction to inspection companies on day-to-day issues.

Provide guidance regarding inspection service to IST.
Prosecute and defend cargo claims for cargo transfers.
