You will be responsible for hiring the best talent on the market to join BP. You will work closely with your stakeholders across BP, providing them insight, advising market trends based on your expertise and guide them through the full lifecycle recruitment process.
You will also be responsible for initiating and implementing projects that make the recruitment experience better for us as a team, for our stakeholders and for our candidates, such as business understanding, any kind of process improvement, talent attraction, diversity of channels, assessment tools, analytics and many more.
If you join our Recruitment team, you may have the followingresponsibilities:Partner your stakeholders in the supported service towers, realize and understand their needs,
Provide them diverse solutions and advise labour market trends throughout the recruitment process
Identify, attract and select the best talent to meet the hiring needs of your departments
Develop sourcing plans and widen our channels to reach the most suitable circle of candidates
Build a potential pipeline of candidates for new service transitions
Contribute to the recruitment strategy, initiate and implement related projects
Coach your hiring managers and provide them trainings in recruitment related matters
Continuously look for feedback and work towards exceptional partner experience, including your candidates and hiring managers
Promote BP at job fairs, universities and various employer branding events
Work closely with the wider HR department and incorporate all aspects
Actively contribute to a positive, naturally solution focused team environment
In the Recruiter role we have the following requirements:Previous, full lifecycle recruitment experience either at an agency or in a corporate environment
Solid understanding of the SSC market is an advantage
Fluent English and Hungarian, an additional European language knowledge is a plus
Excellent stakeholder partnering and communication skills
Represent values of both courage and respect
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Strong solution focused mindset
