If you join our Performance Planning and Reporting team, you may have the followingresponsibilities:supporting the annual planning process; providing performance, trends and financial insights; supports and prepares the Rolling Forecasts (RFs); facilitates conversations between relevant stakeholders to ensure underlying performance is well understood; supports regular forward looking analysis and insight gathering; translates financial and operational performance to the business; evaluates and articulates the underlying delivery of actuals vs. latest forecasts on a monthly basis; providing commercial support and market intelligence for business partners; measures and uses business insight to provide commentary on forecast variances to facilitate decision making. For the Performance Planning and Reporting roles we have the following requirements:minimum 3 years of finance/accounting/controlling/performance reporting experience; excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; intermediate level skills in Excel, Access and ERP systems; strong problem solving and decision making skills; fluency in English (second foreign language knowledge is an advantage); customer- and service-oriented thinking; readiness for action and ability to work under pressure; assertiveness.
