What do we offer?
If you join us as a Customer Service Representative Intern you may have the following responsibilities:maintaining customer and material master database
entering customer orders and following them up
managing customer requests and queries
logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
interacting with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
As a Customer Service Representative Intern you will make a significantimpact by: ensuring a smooth invoicing process by setting up the right customer data and entering the right orders of our ca. 85.000 products
maintaining our reputation by your professional and helpful attitude towards our customers
being the face and voice of one of the largest global energy company
For a Customer Service Representative Intern role we have the following requirements:Ongoing, full-time studies in a relevant field
Fluency in German (good level of English language knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to work at least 20 hours / week
Ability to understand the business requirements and strategy
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
Capability to work in a team or individually if required
Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
Exhibit strong Team Player characteristics, constructive communication and active listening skills at all times
