What do we offer?
If you join us as a HR Services Customer Contact Specialist you may have the followingresponsibilities:first point of contact for employees and Line Managers (via email, phone and chat), answering queries on policy, process and redirects non HR queries as required
promote the use of customer self- service by coaching customers to utilise portal
resolve customer contact (when possible) at the first point of contact, effectively managing the balance between quality of response and customer experience and the target response time
triage customer requests and queries, applying judgement to hand over requests/ queries to the Complex Inquiry or specialist tier 2 team as appropriate
effectively utilise service enabling technologies and the CRM tool by creating, accurately recording and managing customer requests
execute simple Workday transactions (as needed)

maintaining data integrity in various systems by adhering to the BP standards

For a HR Services Customer Contact Specialist role we have the following requirements:fluency in English and German
university or college degree and 1-3 years of relevant previous experience
ability to support remote access population and know, when to seek support from senior colleagues
strong customer service skills and solution focus
digital fluency â€“ strong systems and computer skills and experience across full spectrum of systems and technologies in use
ability to build and maintain relationships with key business and HR customers
ability to work well independently and as a member of the team
