BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY The Field Admin Support, under direct supervision, supports Operations teams by providing administrative and reception services as required. Performs a variety of routine administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, processing invoices, closing work orders, and assisting with the creation of spreadsheets and reports. Develops an understanding of these and other administrative processes and services.


EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent


EXPERIENCE No prior experience required; related experience preferred



  •  Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the team which may include information tracking, maintaining records, filing, photocopying, faxing, sorting and distributing mail, take meeting minutes
  •  Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports and other data as required
  •  Follow up and act as a liaison with various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization
  •  Identify processing issues and recommend solutions
  •  May perform front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, sending and receiving courier packages, opening and dispersing of incoming mail, updating call lists
  •  May perform routine payroll administrative duties
  •  Purchase materials for inventory, non stock items, safety equipment, and miscellaneous parts and items for Operations teams
  •  Verify availability and rates on external services
  •  Process parts requests
  •  Correspond with vendors for quotes
  •  Compare pricing and issue purchase orders
  •  Verify orders and manage credits that may result in orders received incorrectly



  •  Oil and Gas Industry Experience Preferred
  •  Practice safe work habits at all times

  •  Intermediate level computer skills
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  •  Flexible, multi-tasked oriented and able to work independently
  •  Proficient and accurate data entry skills
