Job Role Summary
Responsibilities
Drive continuous service improvements
Identifies and implements opportunities to improve Fulfilment Rate
Identify structural reasons for customer complaints and work improvements
Identify cost optimization
Support Sales and Sourcing for tenders and implementation of new contracts
Visit Customer Sites as required
Study and implement customer specific requirements as required
Support organizational effectiveness
Optimize local processes as custodian while leveraging systems and automation
Implement local initiatives
Support in country implementation of initiatives
Support Supply Chain optimization
Prioritized implementation of local Improvement Initiatives
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering from a recognized university, scoring GPA 6.5 and above
Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics will be an advantage
Experience in the lubricants industry will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office software skills
