Role synopsis
Come join our market-leading Castrol team within our Newmarket office and take ownership of Demand Planning for our national business as well as Sales & General reporting. You’ll play a critical role in managing a portfolio of nearly 400 active products vital to our broad range of customers to keep their businesses and vehicles moving. Our premium Castrol brand covers all major markets such as retailers, franchise & independent workshops, offroad and government. This is a fast moving, rewarding role where you’ll manage this broad product range, diversity of customer while juggling market and manufacturing challenges, fluctuations and unexpected events.
You’ll partner closely with multiple internal stakeholders to accurately plan and understand business strategies, plans, performance and trends. You’ll become a proactive, trusted advisor – turning data into insights and applying healthy critical thinking to your analytics. The reporting you provide will be vital to informing our leaders in a timely and effective way to make optimal business decisions. You’ll partner broadly across our business with a focus on supporting our sales team with delivering efficiencies and identifying sales opportunities.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to apply your analytical thinking to our business and the opportunity to exercise your stakeholder management and influencing skills. You’ll be the primary owner of our planning and reporting activity within our Castrol business and therefore seen as a leader within the demand space – this is a great opportunity to take the next step.

Timely, accurate and reliable data reporting and for data maintenance of systems in the business.
Management of Demand Forecasting for NZ business, closely interacting with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure appropriate demand is loaded to support sales.
