Role synopsis
The job holder main responsibilities is to support the EXIM (Export Import) end to end process from planning and operation to customs documentation and transportation in a timely and cost effective manner.
Key accountabilities
Responsible to monitor day to day operation with 3PL, this inclusive monitoring the activities of stock shunting, container load, stock reversal, etc.
Responsible for the coordination of all international exports from Port Klang Lubricants Plant. The incumbent will be accountable to ensure that all export are shipped out as planned in accordance to EOR. The role holder will be the key person to ensure all the export orders are fulfilled in JDE system and comply with trade regulation.
Interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administrator, freight forwarder, custom officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistic of shipment
To perform trip planning to ensure the stock is transferred to 3PL warehouse as well as loaded at 3PL warehouse as per required schedule.
Liaise with Freight Forwarder, container loading service provider or exporting customers to arrange, coordinate and make decision on stock/container movement & shipment decision.
Responsible to provide a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction by being able to be effective and efficient in attending to customers’ needs and expectation.
Liaising with shipping lines, planning, production, lab & warehouse to ensure the schedule shipment is executed as per planned
To perform day to day trouble shooting in export process and activities.
Responsible for container configuration and load optimization.
Responsible to execute all export orders and to schedule export shipments to meet the agreed customer’s requirement.
Responsible to process export orders and approved IUS hub ticket for export orders and ensure orders are received complies with Streamline and Fusion.
Ensure accurate keying in and generates JDE invoices for each export order.
To monitor on time delivery of export documents and responsible to eliminate demurrage charge because of late submission / declaration of documents.
Responsible to raise Credit / Debit note to make compensation or make claims from export customers.
To support quality complaints investigation and ensuring all are resolved within the agreed time frame. The incumbent will need to closely liaise with lab, production and suppliers to ensure prompt feedback and response from the investigation.
Process and check logistic invoices for finished goods and ensure they are processed on time.
Essential Education
Diploma holder preferable from Logistic/ Supply Chain
Essential experience and job requirements
At least 5 year workings experience in Logistic / Supply Chain background
Familiar in export-import process and logistics scheduling.
Strong organising skill and planning skill. Able to influence people and manage to solve problem with effective solutions.
Competent in MS and IT application ( SAP, JDE..etc )
Ability to interact with different nationality
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English

Role synopsis
Blending executive report directly to the Production Manager and in charge of all the daily blending operation on shift basis. The incumbent ensures highest safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping is attained for blending process to meet all the requirements.
Key accountabilities
Ensure safe operations (on shift) of the plant and comply with BP HSSE standard and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Plan and effective management of staff including contract workers.
Ensure that blending process is executed timely according to the daily blending plan, as per planned by Production Planner.
Ensure the compliance of the Operating Management System (OMS), Control of Work (COW), Compliance Management System (CMS) and Integrity Management (IM) are strictly adhered to and applies to all BP Employee and contractors working on site and covers all the work activities and operations that carry out on the site.
Enforce quality control/safe working operation by enforcement of relevant procedure.
Ensures proper control of oil contamination on the ground and the effluent system in the plant through proper maintenance of oil separators and minimize discharge of waste oil from the plant.
Risk Owner for risk events as assigned in the facility risk register with accountabilities including proper documentation and assessment of the risk event, monitoring and self-verification of risk reduction measures.
Response team member for crisis / continuity management, with accountabilities consistent with relevant response plans and as assigned by the response team leader.
Contribute and lead production improvement (Kaizen) activity for blending
Responsible that overall blending operation are carried out accurately in accordance to Q-Standards, FPT requirement, Work Instruction, ISO 9001, TS16949 and all other BP procedures.
Ensure blend samples are being taken for laboratory testing through a proper sampling methods including proper use of sample containers and apparatus.
To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of whole blending area.
To liaise with maintenance department to ensure all the blending equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and good to use.
Understanding of MSDS and the required blending sequence as per blending instruction.
Responsible for the safe operation of blending facilities when the hot oil heating system is used.
Liaise with lab to iron out any issue or correction in the samples results and investigate if necessary and closely monitor and follow up in achieving monthly FTPR’s target.
Review and update all the Work Instruction, HITRA, Control Plan & FMEA periodically.
Draft new Work Instruction with all the necessary checklist and controls whenever required.
Essential Education
Degree in engineering or equivalent with 3 ~ 5 years of working experience, preferably from a large manufacturing environment
or
Diploma in engineering with more than 10 years of working experience, preferably from a large manufacturing environment.

Role synopsis
Maintenance Technician II responsible for the safe operation and assist in maintenance of the filling equipment, air compressors and plant equipment including firefighting equipment
Key accountabilities
Job holder is responsible to carry out routine inspection on the equipment to ensure they are good condition and safe to operate in accordance to operating instruction. He checks the supply of heat and compressed airs are adequate to run the plant equipment.
The job holder is responsible for the replenishment of diesel for hot oil heater consumption.
The role will be part of maintenance team assisting Sr Maintenance Technician II to carry out repair and plant maintenance including preventive maintenance in accordance to the schedule. To carry out routine checks and minor repairs on all the firefighting equipment in the Plant.
The job holder is required to ensure plant effluent contains less than 10 ppm of oil and grease and he/she will need to carry out maintenance of oil / water interceptors by operating the skimmer
Carry out daily routine inspection and assist Sr Maintenance Technician in minor repair the boiler, hot oil heaters and air compressors
Maintain an accurate logistics plan for fuel (diesel) consumption of air compressors, hot oil heater and forklift trucks.
