Role synopsis
Provide high quality document control and information management services with regards to governance of the JVs GPMs, Boards and Committees
Key accountabilities
Provide support to the JVM team and BP nominated Directors to the JVs Boards by ensuring quality informational flow related to GPM, Board of Directors and Committees activities:· Keep team up-to-date about coming GPM/Board/Committees meetings, check dates with the participants and coordinate with the Corporate Secretaries.
· With supervision of the CG Specialist handle the Board preparation schedule, arrange meetings, check ballots, request / distribute necessary information and documentation internally and externally.
· Progress Board document flow from receipt to timely submission of the ballots. Remind parties involved on the deadlines.
· Store in the folder and distribute the link to GPM/Board/Committees materials to relevant SPAs immediately upon receipt.
· Asist to the BP Nominated Chairman of the Board with timely signing notifications, minutes and all GPM and BoD necessary correspondence.
· Submit signed BoD ballots to the JV Corporate Secretary in due time.
· Request necessary information and documentation from JVs upon instructions from Board or Committee member.
· Arrange appropriate and timely storage of Board related documents (paper and electronic), e.g. GPM, Board and Committee pre-read materials, official and informal minutes, partner correspondence, official letters and agreements,
· Destroy extra copies of commercially sensitive/secret information after the meetings.
· Modify JVs correspondence distribution lists upon request of the owner of the list.

Role synopsis
The role supports the Planning and Performance Manager with quarterly planning processes for Upstream Business Planning Elements.
He/she is responsible for development of quarterly forecasts for existing JVs and portfolio projects, presentation to Executive management, forecast data input into SAP system, generation of required MI reports. Also this position holds SAP Super User role and is responsible for maintaining SAP Planning Module Master Data and providing support for other users.
Key accountabilities
· Assist in the internal Forecast and Planning processes: collecting input data, running forecasting models, generating reporting templates, variance analysis, presenting results to Executive Management for quarterly planning conversations.
· Develop and maintain Data Visualization Tool (Power BI) for Management Information presentation reporting purposes.
· Generate and publish meaningful Management Information reports (QPF Book, Exploration Input Template), lead quarterly conversations with the Central Planning Team about main trends and changes in the forecasts.
· Report QPF (quarterly planning data set) numbers to Segment via SAP
· Analyse actual vs forecast, provide Accounting Reporting Control (ARC) Team with variances explanations required for reporting purpoes, highlight deviations to Upstream Performance Analysts.
· Ensure data integrity by performing monthly reconciliations between systems (i.e. GFT / PMI / Finance dashboard ect.) and assist in the maintenance and development of those systems.
· Execute SAP Super User role including effective use and maintenance of SAP Planning Module Master Data, development of the system capability as needed, and providing support for other users.
· Suggest and implement forecasting process and forecasting model improvements.
· Support Exploration Manager in annual Exploration Portfolio update process.
· Participate in introduction and implementation of other Upstream digitalization initiatives.

Role synopsis
BP Russia has a 19.75% shareholding in Rosneft and is also investing in several Joint Ventures in Russia with our partner Rosneft. These include the Taas-Yuryakh JV, Yermak JV and Kharampur JV. These JV’s cover activities from developing and producing giant onshore oil and gas fields to exploring for new accumulations in Areas of Mutual Interest (AMI’s) in East and West Siberia.
The Exploration team is responsible for evaluating new business development opportunities, oversight & influencing of the Exploration Joint Ventures and technical studies and assurance for the shareholder team.This position is a key role within the BP Russia Exploration Team based in Moscow. The individual will lead technical activities for one or more of BP’s current three Exploration areas, working closely with the BP-Rosneft joint ventures that holds the licences, mainly Yermak Neftegaz. The chosen individual will use the regional project results to lead new acreage access and will provide support for licence-specific work and operational decisions within the JV. The role will report to the Russia Exploration VP and will be based in Moscow.
Key accountabilities
Oversight of all BP’s technical work for the NW West Siberia and Yenisei-Khatanga AMIs, including co-ordination of work between BP’s Moscow office, Russian technical institutes (mainly TNNC), and BP’s Sunbury-based team.
• Responsible for maintaining awareness and understanding of Yermak’s and TNNC’s technical work for both AMIs, including awareness of operations, and with a readiness to support and/or influence.
• Responsible for leading the technical side of new licence acquisition, based on the results of the regional projects.
• Responsible for delivery of key Exploration Common Process (ECP) products related to both the recently completed regional projects and current licence-specific technical work, for presentation and submission to the Function and/or Exploration Assurance.
• Responsible for providing interim assessments of potential auction blocks that are marketed.• Takes delegation of authority for Exploration Manager in his absence.
• Responsible for ensuring maintenance of a compressive Russia Exploration database in Moscow, and complying with all data-security-related protocols.
• Provides technical leadership and coaching of Russia-based Exploration staff.
• Supports the wider Moscow-based team (including Reservoir Development) in evaluating other business development opportunities in Russia.
• Participates in global BP networks.

Degree or Masters in Geoscience
Essential experience and job requirements
• Strong technical skills in all areas of Exploration Common Process through to early appraisal, including worked examples of regional evaluation programmes and prospect inventory generation.
• Strong project management skills and good at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contractors.
• Minimum of 10 years industry experience working primarily in Exploration.
• Experience of exploring non-marine and marginal marine clastic systems, ideally in Russia
• Strong working knowledge of Petrel (or similar) Interpretation software
• Must speak Russian fluently and at a minimum upper-intermediate to fluent level of English• Good presentation skills and experience with writing of technical reports

Role synopsis
BP Russia has a 19.75% shareholding in Rosneft and is also investing in several Joint Ventures in Russia with our partner Rosneft. These include the Taas-Yuryakh JV, Yermak JV and Kharampur JV. These JV’s cover activities from developing and producing giant onshore oil and gas fields to exploring for new accumulations in Areas of Mutual Interest (AMI’s) in East and West Siberia.
The Exploration team is responsible for evaluating new business development opportunities, oversight & influencing of the Exploration Joint Ventures and technical studies and assurance for the shareholder team.This position is a key role within the BP Russia Exploration Team based in Moscow. The individual will lead technical activities for one or more of BP’s current three Exploration areas, working closely with the BP-Rosneft joint ventures that holds the licences, mainly Yermak Neftegaz. The chosen individual will use the regional project results to lead new acreage access and will provide support for licence-specific work and operational decisions within the JV. The role will report to the Russia Exploration VP and will be based in Moscow.
Key accountabilities
Oversight of all BP’s technical work for the NW West Siberia and Yenisei-Khatanga AMIs, including co-ordination of work between BP’s Moscow office, Russian technical institutes (mainly TNNC), and BP’s Sunbury-based team.
• Responsible for maintaining awareness and understanding of Yermak’s and TNNC’s technical work for both AMIs, including awareness of operations, and with a readiness to support and/or influence.
• Responsible for leading the technical side of new licence acquisition, based on the results of the regional projects.
• Responsible for delivery of key Exploration Common Process (ECP) products related to both the recently completed regional projects and current licence-specific technical work, for presentation and submission to the Function and/or Exploration Assurance.
• Responsible for providing interim assessments of potential auction blocks that are marketed.• Takes delegation of authority for Exploration Manager in his absence.
• Responsible for ensuring maintenance of a compressive Russia Exploration database in Moscow, and complying with all data-security-related protocols.
• Provides technical leadership and coaching of Russia-based Exploration staff.
• Supports the wider Moscow-based team (including Reservoir Development) in evaluating other business development opportunities in Russia.
• Participates in global BP networks.
Essential Education
Degree or Masters in Geoscience
Essential experience and job requirements
• Strong technical skills in all areas of Exploration Common Process through to early appraisal, including worked examples of regional evaluation programmes and prospect inventory generation.
• Strong project management skills and good at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contractors.
• Minimum of 10 years industry experience working primarily in Exploration.
• Experience of exploring non-marine and marginal marine clastic systems, ideally in Russia
• Strong working knowledge of Petrel (or similar) Interpretation software
• Must speak Russian fluently and at a minimum upper-intermediate to fluent level of English• Good presentation skills and experience with writing of technical reports
